Mayor Va u s and Council Members
I hope you will vote no on the Harmon Ranch project for the following reasons.
1. At this time we do not know what impact the current building on Poway rd will be.
2. There were rolling black outs last summer. How will this summer be affected?
3. Where will the new population of children go to school?
4.Will Wal-Mart be able to keep their shelves stocked. Do we have enough grocery stores?
5. Health care. How many doctors are taking new patients? Porn er ado Hospital has been neglected and is very under staffed.
6.Developer L e n n a r has a dismal track record of making changes and cutting illegal corners and is currently being sued across the way.
7. Cutting away a hill side which may or not be sacred Indian Land to squeeze in a few more homes is going to far.
Until you know the answers to the above questions Please vote no on the Harmon Ranch project.
Thank You
Carole Cue
Old Poway resident
