The study determined the Project’s 513 ADT
increase, thereby increasing the maximum ADT to
3,037 ADT for the Specific Plan:

impacts not previously identified.
2. Does not increase the severity of impacts
previously identified.
3. Does not require any new or additional
mitigation measures beyond those identified in
the original FEIR completed for The Farm
