The Lifetime Project is inconsistent with the General Plan and should not be approved to be passed on by the voters. Realistically, Lifetime should be asking for a zoning change. It is a intense/large commercial project and not an Open Space Recreation Project. It is a high intensity recreational opportunity and not an ancillary commercial opportunity that is compatible with residential land use.
