As Poway Mayor, Council member, PUSD Board, Incumbent, or Candidate, I agree:
1. Never accept campaign donations ( or donations to Carols by Candlelight) from developers, battery plant company, or any business that profits from any business transaction within the City of Poway
2. If I or my family intentionally or unintentionally accept such money outlined above, I will immediately return this money to the donor.
3. If I or my family choose to accept any campaign money outlined above, I will recuse myself from any Council vote involving that business.
