Good afternoon, Poway Councilmembers
I am writing to express my full support of the censure for Tony Blain at tonight's meeting based on the memorandum and supporting documents in the agenda packet.
His actions clearly demonstrate attempts at vote trading, bribery and misuse of law enforcement resources which appear to be violations of state laws and the Poway's Code of Ethics.
As a sworn public servant beholden to the U.S. and California Constitutions, Blain must be held accountable. Thank you for addressing this matter and signaling to Blain and the public that his actions cannot--and should not be--tolerated.
