Dear Mayor Vaus, City Council and City Staff,
Thank you very much for sharing the great news on February 26th regarding the FEMA approval of the Hazardous Tree Removal Mitigation Grant.
The community looks forward to work beginning to remove designated hazardous trees on Twin Peaks Road, Espola Road, and the Green Valley Open Space area. Removal of these trees will make Poway better prepared for any future wildfire.
We look forward to future updates from the city that will share these next steps in this process.
