• Since 1985 we have developed and constructed more than 100,000 luxury Apartment homes, and currently manage more than 40,000 apartment homes across the US. • Developed and now manage the recently completed West Village Poway Community - 212 Apartment Homes and approximately 10,000 SF of Retail including a public park along Poway Road and publicly accessible dog park.
Fairfield Company Overview
• Residents and community at large are utilizing the public park and dog run as envisioned. • As of the end of April, 75% of the apartments (159) are leased with a 62% occupancy rate. • Restaurant and retail space is being actively marketed. There is an overall apprehension caused by National events. It is a big investment in an uncertain market. Fairfield will continue to market spaces and keep City officials informed.
• We are hopeful that retail interest will pick up as more apartment homes are leased and occupied. • We want to make sure we achieve the best possible users that will be an asset to the community and the project. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to that end.

5. Fairfield worked with neighbors to alleviate visual concerns, including utilizing a scissor lift. We allowed concerned neighbors, Staff and City Officials the opportunity to go up the lift to see what the future view corridors would be. Post construction views were identical to what they saw during the scissor lift event.
