Mayor Vaus called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m
Present: Jenny Maeda, Christopher J. Pikus, Peter De Hoff, Steve Vaus
Absent: Tony Blain

City Manager Chris Hazeltine; Assistant City Manager Wendy Kaserman; City Clerk Carrie Gallagher; Director of Human Resources & Risk Management Jodene Dunphy (for Closed Session only).
