Environmental Review: The item is not subject to review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Fiscal Impact: The Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program does not require matching funds. It is anticipated all grant expenditures and reimbursements will be completed by December 30, 2026. Approval of this action will create a project fund and appropriate initial funds from the City of $29,990 from the General Fund unassigned fund balance in the Fiscal year 2025-26 Budget. Appropriated funds will be reimbursed at a later date from the grant program. Public Notification: None. Attachments: A.
