NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Minor Conditional Use Permit (MCUP) 24-0001, a request to approve existing lighting to a recreational (pickleball) court at a single-family residence located at 13607 Via Serena (APN 275-271-15-00), in the Rural Residential B (RR-B) zone. The project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15303 (Class 3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. If you challenge the matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Written comments received via email before 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting will be distributed as formal additional material as well as be made available online prior to the City Council meeting.
