Steve - You're my rep for the time being :-) so thought I'd pass along my thoughts on the water rates. Thought I'd be able to make the meeting tonight, but probably not afterall. I'vereviewed the mailing, the ~100 page study, and spoke with Leah (sp?) and Craig with some questions. Got all my questions answered, processes explained, and now understand the pass-through and funding mechanics. Staff did a good job. I don't like increases, and the Uniform rate will hurt me as a lower volume user, but the increases are the right thing to do and arewell supported with Staff's work. I recommend approving the rates as presented.
