NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 25-0001 and Development Review (DR) 25-0003, a Request to Construct a 950 Square-Foot Dutch Bros Coffee, with a Two-Lane Drive-Through, in the Automotive General Commercial (AGC) Land Use District of the Poway Road Corridor Specific Plan (PRSP), within the Existing Lowe’s Home Improvement Parking Lot, located at 13740 Poway Road, (APN 317-130-69-00). The project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15303(C) (Class 3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
