Hi Sara,
I am reaching out about Boundary adjustment No 25-0002.
I live on Catawba Drive. Jonathan Volfson came by my house and asked me to sign a sheet that would allow him to adjust the size of the house he is building in the canyon below me. After talking to him, I signed the paper. When I went back and looked at previous information I got from the City, and talked to neighbors, I see that he actually wants the boundary changed which I am not agreeable to. I would like to have my name removed from the petition he has entered. I'm not sure if you are the correct person to reach out to - please let me know if I should contact someone else.

Thanks again for responding to my phone call in December re the boundary adjustment to the lots near Starridge Park. My wife and I received a letter on Friday from the family that submitted the boundary adjustment application, please see attached. We are not in favor of a large development project in the area near our house, and wanted you to know what the family is planning . We would appreciate your thoughts re the latter.

I tried your phone with no luck . The boundary adjustment will be denied because it does not meet the General Plan regulations, no development was proposed per the BA project, just a boundary line adjustment for both lots.

My wife Laurie and I live in the house at 13899 Carriage Road and we received a notice regarding a boundary adjustment near our home. We have lived in our home since the Parkside development was built in 1989.

I have lived in Poway since 1975 and have a home on Ahwahnee Way, in Poway I emphatically do not support the boundary appeal, slated for discussion on May 5 by the City Council. This may bring in more subdivisions, with impacted traffic. The traffic conditions on Poway Road from 3 pm to 7 pm is already a nightmare!
The many new condos (set too close to sidewalks) and built on Poway Road have already made an eyesore of Poway. All the cars parked along Tarascan by Taco Bell is a traffic hazard. Poway is no longer "The City in the Country."

Hi,
I live on Ahwahnee Way and received notification of the May 5th city council meeting regarding an Ahwahnee Way boundary adjustment request. I would like to understand what other information is available to review regarding this project and the future meeting. In the letter it mentions adjusting boundaries "to create a lot suitable for future subdivision". I am NOT in favor of subdividing the property in question, but I would like to have all available information please. If there is additional information you can share I would greatly appreciate it.
