NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Appeal (APL) 26-0001; an appeal of an Administrative Decision to Deny Boundary Adjustment Application BA 25-0002 (APNs 317-611-01 and 314-440-38), a proposal to modify the shared property boundary between two adjoining parcels located east of Starridge Park, north of Cree Drive and west of Pequot Drive in the Rural Residential–A (RR-A) zone to create a lot suitable for future subdivision. An appeal to the City Council of an administrative decision itself is not a project as defined under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and CEQA does not apply to projects which a public agency rejects or disapproves pursuant to Section 15270 of the CEQA Guidelines. Written comments received via email before 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting will be distributed as formal additional material as well as be made available online prior to the City Council meeting. Written comments received after this deadline will be forwarded to the Council, but not available online until after the City Council meeting.
