PWIIP – Treated Water Facilities Booster Pump Station and Redundant Pipe Project Conditional Use Permit and Development Review
• For 14409 Lake Poway Road, the PRD-1 z oning allows Public Utilities as a Conditional Use. • For 14415 Lake Poway Road, the PF zoning allows Public Utilities as a use-by-r ight. • The project has been designed to minimize impacts on surrounding development by:
• Utilizing a design for the 8’ perimeter wall which is substantially consistent with the adjacent exi
sting public facilities areas and will be compatible with surrounding neighborhood development. • Utilizing noise control features so the hourly noise levels do not exceed City standards at res
idential property lines which surround the project site. • Noise attenuating features include: interior acoustical panes, generator silencers, acoustic louvers, high s
ound Transmission Class-rated doors and enclosures and exterior noise barriers. • Best Management Practices for minimizing construction noise will be used. • The design and improvements of the proposed site development, including the booster pump station, ensur
es the proposed development complies with the provisions of the General Plan and the PMC regarding noise, traffic control, building construction, maintenance, and operations.
