9.1. Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Regular City Council Meeting of January 18, 2022 and the Special Meeting of January 25, 2022.
Recommendation: Adopt the Minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Declaring the Results of the Mail Ballot Election for Rancho Cordova Transit-Related Services Special Tax Area Zone 31 for a Portion of The Ranch Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: A Resolution Approving the First Amendment to the Mills Crossing Civic Center Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement with Griffin/Swinerton, LLC and The Related Companies of California, LLC to Extend the Term by Six Months.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.4. Subject: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cordova and on Behalf of Commissions and Committees Created by the City Council Pursuant to Government Code Section 54952(b) Confirming the State of Emergency Under Government Code Section 8625, Recognizing Continued Measures to Promote Social Distancing, and Re-authorizing Remote Teleconference Meetings of the City for the Period from February 7, 2022 to March 8, 2022.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.5. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager, or Designee, to Execute Contract No. 2021-340 for an Amount not to Exceed $350,000 for the Hiring of an Executive Director as well as to Provide Executive Coaching and Consultancy for the Board of Directors and/or Rancho Cordova Food Locker Staff to Proactively Advance the Rancho Cordova Food Locker's Mission.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.

10.1. Subject: A Resolution Approving the Issuance of Multifamily Revenue Bonds by the California Public Finance Authority in Support of an Affordable 82 Unit Multifamily Development, Sunrise Crossing Apartments.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
10.2. Subject: A Resolution Approving an Update to the Transportation Development Impact Fee Program and Nexus Study that Facilitates New Development and Ensures that Development Pays for Traffic Impacts to Maintain the Quality of Life in the City of Rancho Cordova.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
