ACTION: Motion to approve item 9.1 through 9.6 by Budge second by Pulipati; Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Regular City Council Meeting of February 7, 2022
9.1. and the Special Meeting of February 15, 2022.
Recommendation: Adopt the Minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Adopting the City of Rancho Cordova Local Road Safety Plan.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract Amendment with Fehr and Peers to Increase the Contract Amount from $94,240 to an Amount not to Exceed $156,840 and Extend the Contract Date to December 31, 2022 for Professional Engineering Services for the Coloma Road Evaluation.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract No. 2022-22 with Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. in an Amount not to Exceed $609,007 for the International Drive Surface Treatment Project.

9.5. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract Amendment with BPR Consulting Group, LLC to Increase the Contract Amount from $100,000 to $750,000 and Extend the Contract Date to December 31, 2025 for On-Call Plan Review and Inspection Services.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.6. Subject: Treasurer's Report - December 31, 2021.
Recommendation: This report is informational only. It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the December 31, 2021 Treasurer's Report.

ACTION: Motion to approve item 10.1 through 10.3 by Budge second by Sander; Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
10.1. Subject: Resolutions and an Ordinance Related to the Formation of the City of Rancho Cordova Arista Del Sol Community Facilities District No. 2022-1.
Recommendation: Continue the public hearing to the March 21, 2022 council meeting.
10.2. Subject: A Resolution to Support a Sacramento Transportation Authority Tax Measure which would Extend without Increase an Existing Fee Funding the Sacramento Abandoned Vehicle Service Authority Program.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
10.3. Subject: Woodside Homes Arista Del Sol Subdivision Major Design Review and Special Development Permit Project No. PLND-1021-0011.
Recommendation: Determine the project Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Section 15182, Residential Projects Pursuant to a Specific Plan and Adopt the Resolution for Arista Del Sol Subdivision Major Design Review and Special Development Permit.

12.1. Subject: Planning Commission Member Nomination and Selection.
Recommendation: 1. Make a motion to approve the nomination of Cynthia Stauss- Vlassopoulos, Kenneth Henderson, Lee Frechette, Robert McGarvey and Surender Deverapalli to fill the five (5) regular Planning Commission members. 2. Nominate and make a motion to approve the two (2) large Planning Commission members.

12.2. Subject: Written Report Regarding Tobacco Ordinance Pursuant to Government Code Section 65868(d) and Extension of Urgency Ordinance 3-2022 for a Period of 10 Months and 15 Days.
Recommendation: Adopt the Urgency Ordinance extending the temporary moratorium on the establishment and operation of electronic cigarette retailers and electronic cigarette lounges and vapor bars.
