9.2. Subject: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cordova Adopting the 2021 Sacramento County Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Update.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Rancho Cordova and on Behalf of Commissions and Committees Created by the City Council Pursuant to Government Code Section 54952(b) Confirming the State of Emergency Under Government Code Section 8625, Recognizing Continued Measures to Promote Social Distancing, and Re-authorizing Remote Teleconference Meetings of the City for the Period from March 8, 2022 to April 7, 2022.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
10. CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
10.1. Subject: Montelena Village 4 and 6 Major Design Review for Pulte Homes Master Home Plans - Project No. PLND-1121-0019.
Recommendation: Determine the project is exempt under CEQA Exemption 15182, Residential Projects Pursuant to a Specific Plan. The project was analyzed as part of the Sunridge Specific Plan (SDSP) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and adopt the Resolution for Montelena Village 4 and 6 Subdivision Major Design Review for Pulte Homes Master Home Plans.

back for first reading an ordinance to prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products.
