Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 amending the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code 54950-54963), the City has declared a state of emergency relating to COVID-19 and imposed measures to promote social distancing.

SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Budge called the Regular meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:35 p.m.
Council Members Present: Garrett Gatewood, David Sander, and Vice Mayor Budge Council Members Absent: Siri Pulipati and Donald Terry
Staff Members Present: Cyrus Abhar, Adam Lindgren, Stacy Leitner and Persephonie Riley
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Vice Mayor Budge opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers. Vice Mayor Budge closed the public comment period.
SPECIAL MEETING
3.1. Subject: Discussion of Proposed Fiscal Year 2022/23 Measure R Funds and Measure H Department Allocations and Legacy Projects for Community Enhancement and Investment Funds.
Recommendation: Receive presentation and provide direction.

7. OPEN SESSION - REPORT OUT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported that staff was given direction and no reportable action was taken in closed session.
