Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
Mayor Terry opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers. Mayor Terry closed the public comment period.
ACTION: Motion to approve item 3.1 by Budge second by Pulipati; Motion passed with a 4:1 vote.

3.2. Subject: Recommendations on the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Community Enhancement and Investment Fund Applications Received and Discuss Council Requests for Consideration.
Recommendation: Staff to provide recommendations on the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Community Enhancement and Investment Fund grant applications and receive and discuss individual City Council requested items for consideration.
Council Member Gatewood recused himself for the following application numbers due to a conflict of interest related to business interest:
Application number 4, 5, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 33, 67, 73, and 93.
Mayor Terry opened the public comment period. The following individuals addressed the Council or submitted public comment via email:

ACTION: Motion to approve staff recommendation for Application Number 4, 5, 16, 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 33, 67, 73, and 93 by Budge second by Pulipati; Motion passed with a 4:0 vote.

Motion passed with a 4:0 vote.

ACTION: Motion to approve staff recommendation with the changes requested by Council for all remaining application numbers except the following: 43 and 47 to be discussed at the May 16, 2022 Council meeting, and that staff return with information regarding possible funding an eGaming concept by Budge Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
