Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 amending the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code 54950-54963), the City has declared a state of emergency relating to COVID-19 and imposed measures to promote social distancing.

SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Terry called the Special meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:35 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Garrett Gatewood, Siri Pulipati, David Sander, and Donald Terry
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Cyrus Abhar, Adam Lindgren, Stacy Leitner and Persephonie Riley
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Terry opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers. Mayor Terry closed the public comment period.
3. SPECIAL MEETING
3.1. Subject: Nonprofit COVID-19 Recovery and Support

Mayor Terry closed the public comment period.
ACTION: Motion to appoint Council Member Gatewood and Council Member Pulipati to a Subcommittee for the Nonprofit COVID-19 Recovery and Support by Gatewood second by Pulipati:
Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
3.2. Subject: Discussion Regarding the Rancho Cordova Little League Project Recommendation: Receive the presentation regarding the Rancho Cordova Little League Project and provide funding direction to staff on the preferred alternative.

ACTION: Input was received regarding the Rancho Cordova Little League Project.
3.3. Subject: Fiscal Year 2023-25 Budget Kickoff and Major Project Discussion Recommendation: Receive presentation and provide direction.
