Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 amending the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code 54950-54963), the City has declared a state of emergency relating to COVID-19 and imposed measures to promote social distancing.

1. SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
at 531 p.my called special meting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers Council Members Present: Linda Budge(joined at 5:33 p.m.), Garrett Gatewood, Siri Pulipati, David Sander, and Mayor Donald Terry
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Cyrus Abhar, Adam Lindgren, Stacy Leitner and Persephonie Riley
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Terry stated that public comment would take place at the time the item on the agenda was discussed.
3. SPECIAL MEETING
3.1. Subject: Discussion and Potential Direction on Westborough Specific Plan.
Recommendation: No formal recommendation is being made at this time. Staff is requesting that the Council provide feedback and/or direction on the proposed land use map, proposed acreage for each land use category and various key infrastructure components.
