Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 amending the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code 54950-54963), the City has declared a state of emergency relating to COVID-19 and imposed measures to promote social distancing.

Mayor Budge called the Special meeting to order in the American River Room at 5:57 and Mayor Linda Prent: Garet Gatewood, Sir Pulpati, David Sander, Donald Terry, Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Adam Lindgren, Persephonie Riley, Micah Runner, and Kelly Thompson
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Budge opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers. Mayor Budge closed the public comment period.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Budge adjourned the meeting to closed session at 5:58 p.m.

City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported that staff was given direction and no reportable action was taken in closed session.
