Pursuant to California Assembly Bill 361 amending the Ralph M. Brown Act (Govt. Code 54950-54963), the City has declared a state of emergency relating to COVID-19 and imposed measures to promote social distancing.

1. SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Budge called the Special meeting to order in the American River North Room at 5:37 p.m.
Council Members Present: Garrett Gatewood, David Sander, Donald Terry, and Mayor Linda Budge
Council Members Absent: Siri Pulipati
Planning Commissioners Present: Surender Devarapalli, Sergio Diaz, Lee Frechette, Robert McGarvey, Cynthia Stauss, Leyroy Tripette, and Chair Anil Reddy Kondakrindi Staff Members Present: Haley Arata, Adam Lindgren, Stacy Leitner, Persephonie Riley, Micah Runner, and Kelly Whitman

Mayor Budge opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers, Mayor Budge closed the public comment period.

Recommendation: Receive presentation, provide feedback.
Mayor Budge opened the public comment period. The following individuals addressed the Council or submitted public comment via email:

Mayor Budge closed the public comment period.
ACTION: Input was received from Council and the Planning Commission regarding Recent State Housing Laws and Legislation.
