Recommendation: Adopt the minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce in an Amount not to Exceed $658,750 for Business Retention Services for the Fiscal Year 2023-24.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract Amendment No. 179-2018-04 to Increase the Contract Amount by $43,272.51 to an Amount not to Exceed $257,128.33 with Psomas, Inc. for On-Call Construction Management Services for the White Rock Road - Sunrise Boulevard to Fitzgerald Road Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
10. CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
10.1. Subject: A Resolution Declaring a Protest Hearing and Authorizing the Mailing of Property Owner Ballot Relating to the Imposition of the Annual Stormwater Utility Fee for the Ranch Active Adult Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
