9.1. Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Regular City Council Meeting of December 18, 2023.
Recommendation: Adopt the minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract No. 2023-263 with Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. in an Amount not to Exceed $580,500 for Planning and Preliminary Design of the Rossmoor Bar Trail Enhancements Planning Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve the Final Map of The Ranch Village 1, Subdivision No. FM-2021-002-14 and Execute Subdivision Improvement Agreement Contract No. 2023-255 with K. Hovnanian at Jaeger Ranch, LLC.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.4. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract Amendment No. 2021-299-03 to Increase the Contract Amount by $30,928.00 to an Amount not to Exceed $395,178.00 with Wood Rodgers Inc. for the Engineering Design and Right of Way Acquisition Support Services for the White Rock Road Phase 3 - Macal Drive to City Limits Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.5. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract Amendment No. 2021-336-02 to Increase the Contract Amount by $29,970.39 to an Amount not to Exceed $109,862.75 with Dewberry Engineers Inc. for Design Services for the Mather Field Road Enhancements Project.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.

11. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
11.1. Subject: Mine Shaft Digital Billboard Signs - Conditional Use Permit, Minor Design Review, and Operating Agreement (Mitigated Negative Declaration Prepared Pursuant to Article 6 of the California Environmental Quality Act) - Project PLND-0822-0047 - 2300 Mine Shaft Lane; APN: 072-0231-014-0000.
Recommendation: Continue the proposed project to the February 5, 2024, City Council Meeting.
11.2. Subject: A Resolution Approving the City of Rancho Cordova's Adjusted Storm Drainage Impact Fee Schedule for 2024, which is Paid by Developers to Mitigate for their Project Impacts on the City’s Drainage System.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.

12.1. Subject: Presentation on the Proposed Renaming of Poopenaut Court in the Sunridge Park Rancho Cordova City Council - AGENDA

12.3. Subject: A Resolution Approving an Incentive Payment for 2023 Performance and a Salary Increase for Micah Runner for Service as City Manager, and Adjusting the Full Time Employee Salary Schedule for the Position of City Manager.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
