Mayor Sander called the Regular meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:36 p.m

9.3. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract No. 2024-24 in an Amount not to Exceed $1,956,889 with Ascent Environmental, Inc. for the General Plan Update and Associated Environmental Impact Report.

9.4. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the United States Department of Energy to Receive Grant Funds in the Amount of $138,900 for the Purchase and Installation of Additional Electric Vehicle Chargers at City Hall.

Recommendation: Determine the project Exempt per Section 15183 Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning and adopt the Resolution approving the Sunridge Park I!! Tentative Subdivision Map and General Plan Amendment subject to the findings contained in the Resolution and Conditions of Approval.
Subject: An Ordinance Amending Sections 10.50.010 and 10.50.020 of Chapter 10.50 of Title 10 of the Rancho Cordova Municipal Code to Establish Enforceable Speed Limits on the Roads Listed in the Ordinance.
