SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Sander called the Special meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:42 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Garrett Gatewood, Siri Pulipati, Donald Terry, and Mayor David Sander
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Stacy Leitner, Adam Lindgren, Persephonie Riley, and Micah Runner
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Sander stated that public comment would take place at the time the agenda item was heard.
SPECIAL MEETING
3.1. Subject: Presentation on Fiscal Year 2024-25 Community Enhancement & Investment Fund Grant Applications.
Recommendation: Receive staff recommendations on the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Community Enhancement & Investment Fund grant applications.

Mayor Sander closed the public comment period.
Council Member Terry recused himself from application number 25 due to a conflict of interest related to his wife's employment with the organization in application 25.
ACTION: Motion to approve staff recommendation regarding application number 25 by Budge second by Gatewood;
Motion passed with a 4:0 vote.
AYES: Budge, Gatewood, Pulipati, and Sander
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
RECUSED: Terry
ACTION: Input was received regarding the Presentation on Fiscal Year 2024-25 Community Enhancement & Investment Fund Grant Applications.
