SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Sander called the Special meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:32 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Siri Pulipati, Donald Terry, and Mayor David Sander
Council Members Absent: Garrett Gatewood
Staff Members Present: Haley Arata, Adam Lindgren, Persephonie Riley, and Micah Runner
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Sander opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers, Mayor Sander closed the public comment period.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Sander adjourned the meeting to closed session at 5:33 p.m.

5. CLOSED SESSION
Council met in closed session to discuss the following items:
5.1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)) Stone Creek Residents for Smart Growth, an unincorporated association v. City of Rancho Cordova, and DOES 1-10 Respondent; Dermody Properties, and DOES 11-20 Real Parties in Interest.
Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23WM000052.
5.2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)) DPML Bear Hollow, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and DPML Stonecreek, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company v. City of Rancho Cordova, City Council of Rancho Cordova, and DOES 1 through 25, inclusive. Sacramento Superior Court Case No. 23WM000122.
5.3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)) Stone Creek Residents for Smart Growth, an unincorporated association v. 5.4. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION (pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)) 350 Sacramento, a California non- profit benefit corporation; and Oscar Balaguer v. City of Rancho Cordova, a general law city; City Council for the City of Rancho Cordova, and DOES 1 to 10, inclusive.

6. OPEN SESSION - REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported that the Council took up four cases, staff was given direction, and no reportable action was taken in closed session.
7. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Sander adjourned the meeting at 7:03 p.m.
