1. REGULAR MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Pulipati called the Regular meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:32 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge (arrived at 5:44 p.m.), Garrett Gatewood, Joe Little, David Sander, and Mayor Siri Pulipati
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Rachel Duhe, Palmer Hilton, Stacy Leitner, Persephonie Riley, and Micah Runner

The City Clerk read the meetings recordings and playback schedule.

Brett Randle with the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District led the pledge.

Mayor Pulipati opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers, Mayor Pulipati closed the public comment period.
ACTION: Motion to approve items 9.1 and 9.2 by Budge second by Sander; Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
9.1. Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Regular City Council Meeting of February 3, 2025, and the Special Meeting of February 11, 2025.
Recommendation: Adopt the minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract No. 2024-276 with TPM Construction Inc. in an Amount not to Exceed $815,000 (Eight Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Dollars) for the City Hall Suite 230 Tenant Improvement Project (80106).
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
10. CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
10.1. Subject: Jackson Properties Warehouse Storage Building - Major Design Review Amendment and Height Exception (CEQA Exempt pursuant to section 15183. Projects Consistent with a Community Plan or Zoning) - Project No. PLND-0924-0110.
Recommendation: Determine the project exempt per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Exemption 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning) and adopt the Resolution for the Jackson Properties Warehouse Storage Building Major Design Review Amendment and Height Exception, PLND-0924-0110, subject to the findings, Project Plans, and Conditions of Approval.

ACTION: Motion to continue item 10.1 to the March 17, 2025, City Council meeting by Budge second by Gatewood;
Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.

12.1. Subject: Planning Commission Regular Member Nomination and Selection.
Recommendation: Receive a nomination from Vice Mayor Gatewood for the regular member Planning Commission vacancy and make a motion to approve the one (1) member.

ACTION: Motion to nominate and appoint Elliott Stevenson as Council Member Gatewood's Regular Planning Commission Member appointee by Budge second by Sander;
Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
12.2. Subject: Discussion and Update on Public School Educational Opportunities and the Future of Education in Rancho Cordova.
Recommendation: Receive an update on the education opportunities in Rancho Cordova and provide direction.
