1. SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Pulipati called the Special meeting to order in the American River Room at 3: 11 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Garrett Gatewood, Joe Little, David Sander, and Mayor Siri Pulipati
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Stacy Leitner, Adam Lindgren, Persephonie Riley, and Micah Runner
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Pulipati opened the public comment period. The following individuals addressed the Council or submitted public comment via email:

3. SPECIAL MEETING
3.1. Subject: Fiscal Year 2025-27 Budget Discussion.
Recommendation: Receive presentation and provide direction to staff.

BREAK 4:52 p.m. - 5:05 p.m.
ACTION: There was a Council consensus to support the Soil Born Farms request for operational costs.
ACTION: Direction was given by a majority of the Council to further negotiate a portion of funding for the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.
ACTION: Further input was received regarding the Fiscal Year 2025-27 Budget.
Vice Mayor Gatewood left the meeting 6:40 p.m.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Pulipati adjourned the meeting at 6:52 p.m.
