1. SPECIAL MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Gatewood called the Special meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 4:30 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Joe Little, and Vice Mayor Garrett Gatewood Council Members Absent: David Sander, and Mayor Siri Pulipati Staff Members Present: Rachel Duhe, Stacy Leitner, Adam Lindgren, and Micah Runner
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Vice Mayor Gatewood opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers, Vice Mayor Gatewood closed the public comment period.
3. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Vice Mayor Gatewood adjourned the meeting to closed session at 4:31 p.m.

Council met in closed session to discuss the following item:
5.1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL- ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)(Two cases).
6. OPEN SESSION - REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Adam Lindgren reported that staff was given direction and no reportable action was taken in closed session.

Vice Mayor adjourned closed session to the Regular meeting at 5:34 p.m.

12.1. Presentation by the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership Providing Updates on their Family Resource Center and Job Center.

16.2. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the Transition of the Community Enhancement & Investment Fund Citizen Oversight Board to the Community Enhancement & Investment Fund Oversight Committee.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
16.3. Subject: Second Reading of an Ordinance Adopting a Second Amendment to the Development Agreement Between the City of Rancho Cordova and Grantline 220 Investors, LLC Relative to the Suncreek Project.
Recommendation: Waive the second reading and adopt the Ordinance.

17.1. Subject: Second Reading of an Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Chapter 17.04, "Fire Code" to the Rancho Cordova Municipal Code by Adopting by Reference the 2025 California Fire Code and Making Local Amendments to Portions Thereof.
Recommendation: Waive the second reading and adopt the Ordinance.
