Public Comment
Members of the public who wish to address the City Council may do so in person during the meeting by completing and submitting a Speaker Card to the City Clerk.
Members of the public who wish to provide public comment via email will need to submit comments to [email protected] no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026. Written comments received no later than 2:00 p.m. will be distributed to the Council, filed in the record, and will not be read aloud. All comments submitted later than 2:00 p.m. will be distributed to the Council.

6. PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public wishing to address the Council for any matter not on the agenda may do so at this time by completing and submitting a Speaker Card to the City Clerk.
For items on the agenda, speakers will be called by the Mayor at the point on the agenda when the item will be heard. Speakers are encouraged to keep comments to three minutes or less and to state name and community of residence.
Under the provisions of the California Government Code, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking immediate action on any item not on the agenda unless it can be demonstrated to be of an emergency nature or the need to take immediate action arose after the posting of the agenda.

Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: Annual Compliance Review of Development Agreements.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
9.4. Subject: Treasurer's Report - March 31, 2026.
Recommendation: This report is informational only. It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the March 31, 2026, Treasurer’s Report.

10.1. Subject: Steelridge Specific Plan Amendment and Tentative Subdivision Map Amendment - Rancho Cordova City Council - AGENDA
Regular Meeting of Monday, May 4, 2026
Project No. PLND-0625-0132.
Recommendation: Determine the project Exempt from CEQA per Section 15183, Projects consistent with the densities established by existing zoning, community plan or general plan policies for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified, adopt the Resolution approving the Steelridge Large Lot and Small Lot Tentative Subdivision Map Amendment with associated exhibits, and waive the first reading and introduce the Ordinance for the Specific Plan Amendment to the Suncreek Specific Plan.
10.2. Subject: A Resolution Vacating an Easement for Drainage at Assessor Parcel Numbers 067- 0430-018-0000 and 067-0430-049-0000 Pursuant to the Provisions of Chapter 3, Part 3 of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, Commencing at Section 8320 of the California Streets and Highways Code.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
