REGULAR MEETING - CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Gatewood called the Regular meeting to order in the David B. Roberts Council Chambers at 5:33 p.m.
Council Members Present: Linda Budge, Joe Little (arrived at 5:49 p.m.), Siri Pulipati, David Sander, and Mayor Garrett Gatewood
Council Members Absent: None
Staff Members Present: Stacy Leitner, Adam Lindgren, Persephonie Riley, and Micah Runner
2. METRO CABLE TV TELEVISION ANNOUNCEMENT
The City Clerk read the meetings recordings and playback schedule.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Diann Rogers led the pledge.

Leonardo Reyes, student at St. John Vianney Catholic School gave the invocation.

City Manager Micah Runner gave his report.
9. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
Mayor Gatewood opened the public comment period. Seeing no speakers, Mayor Gatewood closed the public comment period.
ACTION: Motion to approve items 9.1 through 9.4 by Budge second by Pulipati; Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
9.1. Subject: Meeting Minutes from the Special and Regular City Council Meeting of April 6, 2026.
Recommendation: Adopt the minutes.
9.2. Subject: A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Contract Amendment No. 2024-269-2 with the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce.
Recommendation: Adopt the Resolution.
9.3. Subject: Annual Compliance Review of Development Agreements.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
9.4. Subject: Treasurer's Report - March 31, 2026.
Recommendation: This report is informational only. It is recommended that the City Council receive and file the March 31, 2026, Treasurer's Report.
10. CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE
Mayor Gatewood opened the public comment period. The following individuals addressed the Council or submitted public comment via email:

ACTION: Motion to approve item 10.1 and item 10.2 by Budge second by Pulipati; Motion passed with a 5:0 vote.
10.1. Subject: Steelridge Specific Plan Amendment and Tentative Subdivision Map Amendment - Project No. PLND-0625-0132.
Recommendation: Determine the project Exempt from CEQA per Section 15183, Projects consistent with the densities established by existing zoning, community plan or general plan policies for which an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was certified, adopt the Resolution approving the Steelridge Large Lot and Small Lot Tentative Subdivision Map Amendment with associated exhibits, and waive the first reading and introduce the Ordinance for the Specific Plan Amendment to the Suncreek Specific Plan.

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: Property: 2875 Kilgore Road, Rancho Cordova APN: 072-0490- 024-0000. City Negotiators: Micah Runner, City Manager, and Adam U. Lindgren, City Attorney. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION: Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)(Two Cases).
