CITY COUNCIL AND FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
The City Council and Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District held a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 in Council Chambers, 10500 Civic Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, California. Mayor L. Dennis Michael called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM.
Present were Council Members: Ryan Hutchison, Kristine Scott, Ashley Stickler, Mayor Pro Tem Lynne Kennedy and Mayor L. Dennis Michael.
Also present were Elisa C. Cox, City Manager; Mike McCliman Assistant City Manager/Fire Chief; Peter Castro, Deputy City Manager; Julie Sowles, Deputy City Manager; Jennifer Gracia, Deputy City Manager; and Ashton R. Arocho, City Clerk Services Director.
Council Member Scott led the Pledge of Allegiance.

B1. Consideration to Approve and Adopt Revised Statements of Investment Policy for FY 2026-27 for the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District. (CITY/FIRE) B2. City Manager Cox provided a verbal Staff Report for items C1 through C4.
MOTION: Moved by Council Member Scott, seconded by Council Member Stickler, to approve staff recommendations and adopt resolutions as listed for items C1 through C4. Motion carried, 5-0.
