I wish I could be at your meeting on June 15th to underscore the value of the gift you will be voting on for The Living Desert. Having an amazing asset like TLD close to our neighborhoods is something to be celebrated and supported. To me, when looking for a home to buy in 2015, Rancho Mirage definitely seemed a cut above, the thinking man’s polished desert jewel. The Living Desert with all its education and conservation programs, here in our valley and around the world, and the beauty of its growing facility is the quality venue our city citizens can be proud to support.
