PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to only those items appearing on the special meeting agenda.) Brad Anderson, Rancho Mirage resident, commented that he would submit written comments and inquired about posting of the agenda.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Conference With Legal Counsel -Potential Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4)

Steven Quintanilla, City Attorney, reported that the City Council would recess into closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding one potential initiation of litigation item.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
The City Council recessed into Closed Session at 11 :33 AM.
RECONVENE OPEN SESSION
Mayor Kite reconvened the meeting at 12:32 P.M .
