I'm asking to be restored to what is rightfully mine -a City apartment.
My civil rights have been violated. I've been subjected to long-term h_arassment and was defrauded of my home. This crime put me in an awkward position, and distress made me appear mentally disturbed .
Because my conduct is irreproachable and I was framed, I have defended myself, to no avail.
In 2020, at Park View, a gardener filmed a resident demanding his papers. I thought, "This harassment is nothing compared to the abuse I've endured by bullies and the malicious property manager."
Accusing me of harassment is illogical because I'm clearly dedicated to loving service. I spent my time tending flowers, creating uplifting artwork, and cooking healthy meals.
On Sept. 7, 2023 , when I was living in my car and dying, I attended the City meeting to plead for help. Before the meeting began, I had a conversation with a police officer sitting behind me. Later, when I finished my plea and was walking out, the officer gave me a deeply empathetic look.
What happened to the petition from twelve residents against the Dagostinos which I handed to Marcus in 2021? And why have none of my witnesses been interviewed? For years, I've warned everyone that Mrs. Cabrera is not qualified to be in charge of the welfare of human beings. Instead of investigating my claims, this deceptive criminal was promoted! Last week, I gave up hope, becoming demoralized and terrified. All I could do was lie on the couch, hyperventilating and contemplating suicide.
So, I plan to file complaints with the Civil Rights Department of California and the US Department of Justice. Furthermore, I'll report to the HUD Office of Inspector General. The violations include fraud and abuse, employee misconduct, violation of federal law, and substantial danger to public safety.
I realize most of you were not involved in this crime. Regrettably, filing against the Housing Authority will include everyone .
I prefer to let this wrongdoing go and move on in pe ace . I never wanted to be a whistleblower.
However, I didn't anticipate being mistreated on so many levels in Rancho Mirage.
