Please review my written statements listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item:
1 (City Council's November 7, 2024 meeting minutes).
It's been documented that Rancho Mirage City Council recorded written meeting minutes of November 7, 2024 have been delayed (not available with other meeting agenda docements) that were posted within the requirements of (72 hours prior to the scheduled City Council meeting) of November 21, 2024 (1:PM).
It's reasonable to consider that Rancho Mirage City Council written meeting minutes of November 7, 2024 were delayed "draft minutes provided under separate cover" for the betterment of it's elected officials over the greater good of city Residents. The city's actions of reducing (delaying) availability of city held information (Meeting minutes) would potentially accommodate aspects of censorship of information that may cause residents to question city officials of there actions.
