Re: Written letter to be entered in the Public record and made available for public Inspection for the December 5, 2024 (1:PM) City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting - Agenda Item(s):

2.A,B & 3. (Rancho Mirage Municipal Election - November 2024) Dear current Elected and Appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below prior to the consideration of each agenda Items as listed.
1) Agenda Item: 2.A,B (Declared November 2024 election cycle results/placement of selected elected Council members)
Please be advised that the City of Rancho Mirage denied access to it's solely held "staff report" in a timely manner. Once again the City of Rancho Mirage censored information that related to the November 2024 election of Rancho Mirage City Council members. (Staff Report for agenda Item No. 2 (Election Results) will be provided under separate cover) was written In place of the official City supply staff report that was released prior to the December 5, 2024 (1:PM) City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting.

It's reasonable to consider that the current City Council decided to choose their own self interest appointee over Americans established right of it's citizens to elect (Vote) for their political representatives (City of Rancho Mirage Council members). 2) Agenda Item: 3. (Appointment of Mayor/Pro Tem)
It's highly recommended to abandon the current method of selecting city representative appointments to positions of rotational Mayor and Pro-Tem. Newly elected council member (Weill) was drectly involved with installing City policy that currently dictates how rotating Mayor and Pro-Tems are installed.

Time in office (City Council position) shouldn't be considered for rotating Mayor and Pro- Tem assignments.

Also, Installed appointed City Council members shouldn't receive any consideration of time served as an non-elected official. City Council member (O'Keefe) shouldn't be advanced with time served as a appointee for future consideration under the current City Council appointment

political time served policy.

Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary (public comment).

Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
