Attention: Clerk of the Board / City Manager / General Public Re: Written letter to be entered in the Public record and made available for public Inspection for the January 16, 2025 (1:PM) City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting - Agenda Item:
Closed session - topic: 2
Dear current Elected and Appointed City Council members, Please assept this written comment as an official protest against the City of Rancho Mirage continuous implementation of litigation (legal actions) against Residents of the City Rancho Mirage, California.
It's reasonable to consider that the current City Council feels the need to constantly engage with its long-term employed legal counsel (Steven Quintanilla and associates) for potential advice, such as having legal counsel speak on behalf of the city council in an attempt to avoid potential unlawful actions associated with Californias long established Brown Act safeguards from being violated during City conducted Public meetings (unflattering rebuttal comment(s) targeting Public testimony).
It's been repeatedly demonstrated that the business "Data Ticket" has been employed by the City to buffer connections between City officials and City Resident's. It's clear that Rancho Mirage City imposed administrative citation procces has been non-transparent and isolates accused residents from the avenue of a fair and transparent governance procedure within Rancho Mirage City (potential unlawful actions of Californians open meetings regulations).
Case Name: Allicia Louisa Davis v. City of Rancho Mirage, Case No. CVPS2301620; APRI2300108 Filed: 03/29/2023
Appears to be yet another City of Rancho Mirage potential abuse of power incident against private property owners within City boundaries. Furthermore, it's worth noting that Riverside County Superior court commissioner (recently appointed to a Judge position from our current Governor) A. Hester was secure in the ability to activity participate with City government(s) throughout the Coachella Valley with administrative citation cases that originated in the Riverside County court system, Palm Springs, California.
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting a true and accurate summary of actions against private property or person associated with the City of
Rancho Mirage.
Sincerely,
