Non-Agenda Public comment
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below for potential furture reference and or Implementation.

It's been repeatedly stated that the City of Rancho Mirage have overstepped its authority with their attempt to "Censor" spoken verbalize public testimony provided during public meetings held under the City of Rancho Mirage's authority.

At the December 19, 2025 City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting (agenda Item: 12) the City council of Rancho Mirage declared that (titled: Action Minutes) procedures will replace the Citys long established history of recording verbalize public testimony at City conducted Public meetings by summary formatted meeting minutes protocols. That historical event has helped the current City Council members avoid potential unflattering comments from being recognized and recorded accurately within the Citys written meeting minutes of every public meeting that's conducted under the City of Rancho Mirage authority.

It continues to be alarming that the Rancho Mirage City Council dictated that the elected procces for a vacated City Council position be eliminated.

It's reasonable to consider that consideration of having current City Council members (elected and appointed) subjected to a potential "Recall" event for the overall betterment of the once Great City of Rancho Mirage, may be an option to reestablish good governance within the City of Rancho Mirage, Riverside County California.

Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for stating this opinion.

Sincerely,

Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
