Priviere Villas - Environmental Assessment Case No. EA24-0001; General Plan Zoning Map Amendment Case No. GPZMA24-0001; Tentative Tract Map Case No. TTM24-0001 (TTM38868); and Preliminary Development Plan Case No. PDP24-000. Applicant: MSA Consulting, Inc. on Behalf of Palm Coast Modular. Consideration of a Residential Community, Consisting of 28 Residential Lots, Accessory Dwelling Units, and Associated Improvements such as Retention Areas, Paved Drive Aisles, and Two Points of Access.
The 10.08 -acre Project Site Currently Consists of Vacant Undeveloped Land Located East of Via Josefina and South of Ginger Rogers Road. The Primary Access Point Will be on Via Josefina. A. Consider Finding that the Subject Developers and/or Property Owners are Currently in Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Following 10 Development Agreements: Rancho Mirage Self Storage, Westin Vacation Club, Makena (Stonebridge), Ferrari, Section 31 Specific Plan, In -N -Out Burger, Tentative Tract Map 36620, Porcupine Wellness Center, Eisenhower MCA, and Desert Island Hotel.
B. Consider Finding that the Subject Developer and/or Property Owner is Currently in Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Development Agreement for Residences at Rancho Mirage Country Club.
C. Consider Finding that the Subject Developer and/or Property Owner is Currently in Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Development Agreement for Del Webb.
D. Consider Finding that the Subject Developer and/or Property Owner is Currently in Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Development Agreement for Rancho Mirage Auto Center.
11. Consider Approving Administrative Services Agreement for CSA 152 NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) Program with County of Riverside.
