Dear current Elected and Appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below for consideration and potential Implementation.
Please review the compiled list of actions that Rancho Mirage City Council have decided to eliminate.
1) Free and open election of City Council member(s)
2) Writing summary formatted meeting minutes protocols (Imposed censorship techies) 3) City Council approval of Public Work project(s) completions (tax collected dollars expelled with out oversight of elected officials & public Inspection) 4) Purchased and continuous Implementation (Installment) of surveillance devices throughout City boundaries (potentially in violation of California's regulations/laws) 5) City staff construction (Assisted City Manager appointment/assignment) 6) ALL abilities for remote attendances (teleconferencing) for residents to monitor and or participate in the the people's business (City of Rancho Mirage public meetings) 7) Transparency of City Council members actions to agendized Items 8) City Councils reluctantly to disclose Citys legal counsel (Firm) contact and ability to seek other candidates (RFP's) for that position
9) Willingness to Not post (place notices) as required by City of Rancho Mirage (State of California) code (Public meetings)
10) Elimination of City department employees for private sector business operation 11) Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation of ALL City partispates 12) Transparency of City Council appointments
