Re: Public comment to be verbally announced at the conclusion of council comments/reports (Agenda Item: 4)
Dear current Elected and Appointed City Council members, Please be advised that public comment will be requested (If in attendance) for agenda Item:
4. City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting.
It's reasonable to consider that City officials agendized (Item: 4) and supplied NO known publicly released written report(s) that detailed topics of discussion.
Having NO city supplied information that could be reviewed prior to the April 3, 2025 (1:PM afternoon public meeting) in regards to Agenda Item: 4, it's reasonable that verbal testimony from the public would be accepted and appropriate.
Please consider having City Council members submit their already known discussion topics (Agenda Item: 4) in accordance with other documents/reports that have restrictions placed upon them for disclosure prior/during City of Rancho Mirage public meetings.
It's recommended to abandon the notion of any form of potential reprisal actions against my private property or person for the above listed suggestion.
