Re: Comment in regards to agenda Item: 6.A (proposed approval of the regular City Council meeting of March 6, 2025)
Dear current Elected and Appointed City Council members, It's highly recommended to abandon the motivation to potentially accommodate actions to censor Public testimony that had been verbally provided during City of Rancho Mirage public meetings within city controlled written meeting minutes.
Non-Agenda Public comment(s) city recorded written meeting minutes deleted discussed topic(s) of each partispate (public speakers) that provided verbal testimony during the March 6, 2025 City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting. Also, Public testimony that was provided for that meetings (Consent Items) didn't recognize and record which agenda Item numbers were referred too, or stance taken from the public speaker.
City officials refused to record agenda Item: 6 of that public meeting speaker's (Public testimony) stance taken and other desirable information relating to submitted written statements for that Item.
It's also worth noting that Agenda Item: 6 (Proposed Wireless Master Plan) didn't property disclose that Item on the March 6, 2025 meeting agenda. It appeared that city council members potentially conspired to approve and than announced an (8-point) plan without disclosing that information to the public in advance on that printed meeting agenda.
Please be advised that every recorded Individual (except the general public) appeared to be recognized and recorded with brief description summary formatted meeting minutes procedures (Best practices protocols) during that public meeting. It's reasonable to consider that a double standard of recording verbalize testimony is currently being performed by Rancho Mirage city officials which discriminates against selected Individuals that choose to monitor and participate (provide public testimony) in the people's business (City of Rancho Mirage public meetings).
It's reasonable to consider that lawlessness have engulfed City of Rancho Mirage Council members and other city officials. Please consider working within basic principles of good governance and ethical values.
Please don't take any further reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns of censorship techies performed by City of Rancho Mirage officials against City Residents and guests that provided verbal testimony at city conducted public meeting .
Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
