Re: Written comment in regards to Agenda Item: 6C. (DEMANDS - Flock Group Inc) Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review the written statements listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item: 6C. (Demands - Flock Group Inc. $25,000.00) - Invoice: INV-60774 It's reasonable to consider that the City of Rancho Mirage has been compromised by potential exteral organizations to control (monitor) vehicular traffic and its operators.
It's highly recommended to abandon the motivation to potentially accommodate a narrative of public safety by impeding on people's constitutional rights.
It's recommended to make open public announcements of expenditures of $25,000.00 and above that are suspected to be immoral and potentially to be discovered as unlawful during furture potential imposed litigation.
It's reasonable that selected political driven city council members may wish to be recognized and recorded accurately when advocating for city resources (hundreds of thousands of dollars) and would gladly announce those types of expenditures.
