Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 5A. (Written meeting minutes - city council meeting of April 17, 2025)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item: 5A. (Meeting Minutes)
It's well documented that the City of Rancho Mirage have chosen to abandon good governance and ethical standards in regards to recording verbalize public testimony thats provided during City held public meetings.
Agenda Item: 2A. (Presentations) written meeting minutes of April 17, 2025 City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting went to great lengths to identify "Rick and Bunni Benaron" for another one of their missions for prestige and grand social status through their connection with current rotating Mayor "Weill" and of course to gain city resources (tax collected dollars) that are freely volunteered by city council dictate to friends of the city council (special Interests).
It's reasonable to consider that selected Individuals are recorded (written minutes) differently than others that speak during city held public meetings. Brief summary meeting minutes appear to have been construted for every public speaker except for myself (Brad Anderson) and other non-agenda (Agenda Item: 3) public speakers that provided testimony during that public meeting.
True (tilted: Action Minutes procedures) are not applied (used) by city officials. And censorship techniques were installed to eliminate verbal remarks from being recorded accurately for future review form city of Rancho Mirage constructed public meetings minutes.
It's simply reasonable to consider that City of Rancho Mirage officials have chosen to censor selected public testimony thats provided at city held precived open public meetings by radical maneuvers (unethical behavior).
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
