Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 6F. (Proposed Resolution (NO assigned article number provided) dictating city support for Eisenhower Medical Center imposed legal action against local Desert Healthcare District (DHCD)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item: 6F.

It's worth noting, during the April 17, 2025 city council meeting, Council member (Downs) felt compelled to dictate city staff and contracted city attorney (Steven Quintanilla and associates - C. Kirkpatrick) place this subject matter (Agenda Item: 6F) on the May 1, 2025 City Council meeting agenda. It's reasonable to consider that council member (Downs) acted outside of his official duty. Having NO known consensus from other council members and seeing NO direction from the current rotating Mayor during council member (Downs) selfproclaim authority to mandated city resources be expelled by his dictate is extreme and potentially unlawful.

Please be advised, that I currently share Council member (Downs) "opinion" of the potential corrupted nature of how the (DHCD) and the private sector business of (Tenet) have potentially conspired to limit public resources from being distributed to organizations well within (DHCD) regional operational boundaries. It's clear that selected households (Coachella Valley residents) would have potentially devastating health related concerns if public collected (Tax) dollars were restricted from individuals that financed (DHCD).

Measure AA being approval during the November 2024 election cycle illstrated that political maneuvers of (DHCD) and (Tenet) was successful. Simlar to the City of Rancho Mirage ability to subvert the public's ability to elect their City Council members. (DHCD) Officials are just as cunning and politically charged to compromised public health for money and authority.

It's reasonable to consider that Eisenhower Medical Center legal filing for a dismissal action

of (DHCD) validation action is superficial and if granted by Riverside County Superior court, will again resurface in the near future.

As the ONLY person that is currently known, that called for the Desert Healthcare District (DHCD) to be dissolved and completely abandon its exsisted during (DHCD) unprecedented successful attempt of spending (DHCD) tax collected dollars to secure their ability to (Again) mismanaged (DHCD) resources for another THIRTY YEARS (30 years) is remarkable and deeply concerning. It's remarkably clear that (DHCD) serves absolutely No reasonable pupose any longer in the community. Tax collected dollars are distributed by (DHCD) overy progressive officials to precived non-profits (such as: planned Parenthood and other selectivity chosen social networks).

Organizations such as (DHCD) and the City of Rancho Mirage are very similar - both will serve it's elites first and dictate political policies to the people that they serve.

Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.

Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
