Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 6B. (Continued Levy of Assessment for Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 87-01) Dear City of Rancho Mirage,
Special assessments in regards to local street lighting (benefit assessments) should be recognized to ONLY supply maintenance and other existing listed elements. Other potential Implementation to support city of Rancho Mirage sponsored equipment such as: surveillance devices/Automatic license plate recognition (ALPR's/LPR's) devices and or other potential monitoring equipment shouldn't be installed or positioned to interfere with those District assets.
